request of a Texas Silver Haired Legislator, Mr. Oscar Garcia, a member of the
Tarrant County Delegation to the TSHL.
The data focuses on the growth of homestead property taxes for over-65 taxpayers between 1998 and 2004 for the 34 cities in Tarrant County. Data is not presented for Burleson, Grand Prairie, and Westlake because these three cities are in more than one county. Burleson is partly in Johnson County, Grand Prairie is partly in Dallas County, and Westlake is partly in Denton County.
